Hygienically parched and split, our parched gram is high in protein and perfect as a nutritious snack or ingredient in Indian cooking. Parched gram is made by parching whole chana (Bengal gram) without oil. The outer skin is removed, and you get crispy, light-yellow grams. It is ready to eat and doesn’t need cooking
